BBC News - Jilted husband jailed for Port Dundas murder: "A husband who murdered his younger love rival during a frenzied knife attack in Glasgow has been jailed for life.
Wing Ho, 49, stabbed Malaysian restaurant worker, Chee Gang Goh, 18 times in a common close at flats in Port Dundas, Glasgow, in April 2010.
The High Court in Glasgow heard that he snapped after his wife of 20 years left him for 28-year-old Mr Goh.
Judge Lord Pentland ordered Ho to serve a minimum of 15 years in prison before being eligible for parole.
Ho was also found guilty of attempting to defeat the ends of justice by washing and cleaning a Nissan Micra he used during the crime and instructing his daughter, Johin Ho, to give police false information.
The court heard how Ho, who studied medicine for two years and who has degrees in accountancy and law, armed himself with a knife and waited outside the block of flats in Glasgow where Mr Goh lived."
